I'm yoyoing and don't know why ! In the start I was losing around 1lb p/w and I reached 147.4lb then 152.1 then 150.5 then 153.2 then 151.8 now I've gone up again ! It's very frustrating :/ and disappointing :( Any advice or tips would be great
Hi I joined a few week ago I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, but nothing was happening, as was only half trying tbh But then I started pole and decided to make a go of it :smile: So I started shredding, then came here to count calories, and now I know why it wasn't losing :flowerforyou:
