Actually any weight that I lose during this challenge is great with me. I'm losing the battle with the scale but I'm winning the war with the tape measure. Let's get…

I'm going to do today's challenge tomorrow hopefully on top of tomorrow's challenge. It's my day with my baby niece and it's a Cheerio day (she loves them and shares with everyone.) Jamie

I love this challenge! Though because of my work schedule I'm a day behind on challenges. Love the support I get here too!

I will get you my measurements when I'm near my binder with them written in it. Though i do know im down almost 3 inches off my hips since February!

Kettle bells are a great option too. I love them and you burn a "ton" of calories doing a kettle bell work out. Pinterest has a lot of great options workout wise too. Getting outside and kicking a soccer ball is what I'm itching to do but it's been raining the last 2 days.

Feel free to add me too! I'm all about accountability, including having an open diary.

My fitbit followed closely by my gym membership/trainer.

Great challenge! I fell asleep before I could get my push ups in yesterday (only got 3 hours of sleep Sunday) so will work on it a bit today and see how many I get in before bed.

I'm at 185.5 for this week.

I tried the working out at home method for awhile and lost interest pretty fast. I find spending the money on the gym membership has kept me more accountable and I started seeing results LONG before when I was working out at home. Plus, there is a 94 year old man at my gym who is in phenominal shape for his age. He's a…

I got 3 days into this challenge and then all hell broke loose. So my record for this challenge is 3 days.

I started the challenge at 183.5. Was up to 187.5 but I'm now down to 186 for this week's weigh in!
-
I love the challenges. Even though i end up doing them a day behind everyone else. I think we are currently a private group, maybe opening it up will bring more activity?

I reached out to someone unknowingly. I had been going through a big rough patch at work, picture 29 year old acting like a 3 year old mid temper tantrum. Then a now former coworker inspired me to join MFP and get serious about my health. Which greatly improved my mood at work. A couple of nights ago I was called up to the…

Milk, specifically chocolate milk helps with muscle repair. So keep the milk!

Go with the Fusion. My best friend just got a Focus a month ago and it's spent more time in the shop than at her place. She's regretting not getting the Fusion she had her eyes on.
