Yes! Look up Terry Saddles. They're amazing. I have a Terry Butterfly Cromoly saddle and it's extremely comfortable. But also - padded shorts are the bomb.

After 10 days of level 1 I felt stronger.

I log ahead sometimes, if I'm worried about what I'm about to eat. Otherwise I just go for it. I'm a pretty repetitive eater though, so not much comes as a huge surprise.

I'm on day 21 and I can see myself geting more tone. I don't own a scale, but it's definitely making a big difference in my strength and ability to handle harder workouts.

What kind of bars do you use? It's most likely the position you have your had in, which really depends on the bike.

^Haha, you got yourself started! And same... My roommate/best friend just has a natural thigh gap and it makes me so mad! I'm starting to thing my body is just not capable.

In response to this thread, however... I used to have big jiggly thighs that I despised. Then I started biking every day and that pretty much disappeared. Not saying that they're perfect, but it definitely changed them a lot. I'm fortunate enough to live in a big city where I can commute by bike, which is how I worked it…

I'm 5'1 I started around 130 and worked my way down to 115 eating around 1200 plus cardio. I am not extremely active though, so it would vary based on that. :)
