Yes! Look up Terry Saddles. They're amazing. I have a Terry Butterfly Cromoly saddle and it's extremely comfortable. But also - padded shorts are the bomb.

Late evening, sometimes 1am! I'm a college student? That's my only reason.

After 10 days of level 1 I felt stronger.

I log ahead sometimes, if I'm worried about what I'm about to eat. Otherwise I just go for it. I'm a pretty repetitive eater though, so not much comes as a huge surprise.

I'm on day 21 and I can see myself geting more tone. I don't own a scale, but it's definitely making a big difference in my strength and ability to handle harder workouts.

In response to this thread, however... I used to have big jiggly thighs that I despised. Then I started biking every day and that pretty much disappeared. Not saying that they're perfect, but it definitely changed them a lot. I'm fortunate enough to live in a big city where I can commute by bike, which is how I worked it…

Thanks for posting those... after finding this thread I was like "ughhh my thighssss" and then after looking at the ones you posted I was like "Yes! Thighs!" Feeling a lot more positive now. :)
