I get that alot too. Everyone that see's me excercise or watch what I eat always says--"why do you need to do that you don't need to lose weight." I never know what to say. I do alot of stalling also when it comes to excercise. I try to talk my self out of it the whole time I am getting ready to go to the gym or get on the treadmill.
