Hello! 25 almost 26. Mother of one, married and I live the Navy life! My husband and I are both in the Navy, and my struggle is finding the time working out. I always must have balance between work, family, and my health. For the last month or so I have slipped on the whole working out three days a week!

No i don't , but i force myself to make time. I work out iwth my command when i don't have duty and i go the gym after work, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

My favorite place is my couch. I can relax and my daughter can come up and cuddle with me and watch movies when we aren't running around and having fun!

1st it was the pill, then I went to boot camp, then i got out of boot camp and gained some back, then i got pregnant gained over 20 and now i am under pre preggo weight.

Done! the curls are getting hard but that is because I have two resistance bands on my handles because I wanna make progress

Normally people do cardio to warm up the muscles to prevent injuries! Never ever strength train "cold" muscles, that can lead to serious injuries!

Done! nice little ending to my day since I wen tot the gym today...whooo hoo! Over the 1 set of days. Now to go get my child out of her bath.

Day three done! I am building up to more "regular " push ups. I was able to do seven! haha...i sound so silly!

well I went back to work today after a long weekend ( my body did need two days off), tonight I do plan on going to cycle class...I hope that I don't die. My legs still feel a little tired, but that is when the work out is the best. I also have to do my 30 day arm challenge...ugh...so tired this morning! I need coffee!

Day 2 is done. I did half of the push ups modified, and the other half regular, the push up are killing me!

I am 5'3" weighing 140 with a goal of close to 130, and muscle gain!
