well for our PRT we have someone holding our feet, so all that I do for the sit-ups is put my feet under my couch and it simulates someone holding my feet.

I am a Navy 3rd class petty officer! I second what this former officer said, well put sir! Run and run and then when you can't run anymore, run some more. Right now to increase my sit up score I am doing a 30 day sit up challenge and then next month I am going to do a push up challenge. You have to set goals...boot camp…

I still look forward to them...I have a physical fitness test here in about 7 weeks, so I am today I did my 60 sit ups in less that two minutes...so yay!

I know that the BMI chart is complete BS, but it just amazes me how much the two differ from one another. I don't usually go by BMI, but my doctor will bring it up so maybe he will start leaving me alone. I am well with in my weight standards for the navy so I am not too worried about what the chart says.

day 9 is done...ugh it is crazy. I have a teething almost 16 month old and all she wants is to be all over me so while doing my challenges she throws a fit.

I had to do day seven today...I had to take my daughter to the ER last night so I didn't get a chance to do get yesterdays done.

ummm my command had us to do like...um lets see...about 80-100 normal squats...i am debating if I should even do the other ones when I get home...

Day one down! Command PT tomorrow will have squats as well..double duty for me!

THIS! we do planks all of the time at command PT and crunches so those were easy, the actual sit ups killed me. On the plus side day 1 down!

Hello, I am 25 and I was looking for an interesting challenge and I need to do some more squats anyways. Who knows maybe my 15 month old will find it funny and laugh at me too.
