Well trust me, if I can do it so can you! I have the luxury of having a treadmill at home (borrowed from my parents). I started walking 30 mins a day first and then decided I wanted a "program" to give me a goal. So far this is working although I am scared about Week 3. Although I will push through it.

No I have regular sneakers that I have been using. I believe I need to get me some running shoes. Thank you for the suggestion. When I read how fast others are going I feel quite defeated. I do the brisk walk at 2.7 and then the jog at 3.5. I can't get anywhere near what everyone else is without actually running.

Wow there are a lot of people doing C25K out there. I am not a runner, never have been. However I wanted to push myself and see what I could do. Okay, I have read the link that you provided and I have looked at the external sites to calculate my TDEE. I get most of it and I can see now that MFP does not include EAT in the calculation so I need to eat my exercise calories back. Actually and surprisingly for me, I have been able to successfully switch to water. The only other thing I drink is wine. There is the occassional (once in about a month) soda.

Honestly I don't understand how that works. If I exercise and eat my allotted calories, shouldn't I lose weight? How does eating more to make up for what you burned, right? Am I looking at it wrong?

I just cleaned my house yesterday and I did what I consider to be a normal cleaning - bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming. I put it as light house cleaning. I would say if you mopped the house with your hands, that would be more vigorous...IMO. Hope this helps!

My goal is to not have sodas at all. I am doing excellent in regards to quitting them. I drink so much water I slosh! LOL Every now and again I want one, but I am not craving them as I once was.

I have done really good at drinking mostly water. When I do have a soda, it is only one. I have honestly tried hard to switch to diet soda for that "fix" but it gives me headaches.

I am cutting down on how much I eat out. When you see something twice, like Dominos, it is the leftovers that I am eating. I don't estimate on things that I can find the nutritional information form. Hard to do for sushi and other things that are fixed at home. That is the difficulty I am having.
