  • Honestly I drink a lot of water. When I eat a lot of snacks, albeit healthy ones, in between meals it makes me hungrier. For me, eating my three main meals and then maybe some carrots or fruit in between helps. But the water is what really does it.

  • Way to go guys! You all can do it if I can!! I have never before been a runner in my life. I am now on Week 8 of the program, almost done! I have two 5K's that I am signed up for and I hope to finish them. :) Just remember, don't compete with someone else....do what you can do and you will get through it.

  • I was jogging at 3.5mph but I increased to 4.0 because I hope to actually have jogged 3.1 miles (5K) by the end of the program. I am doing week 7 over again. I will try jogging back at 3.5 tomorrow and see if I can get all the way through it.

  • I am so discouraged right now! I just finished W7D3 and I should be happy. Except for W7D2 and W7D3, I wasn't able to jog the whole 25 minutes. I did fine on D1. What is wrong with me? Looks like I am going to have to do W7 over and I am fine with that. I just wish I knew why I seem to be losing momentum?!? :sad:
  • I am not really sure about that other than maybe you aren't eating enough? I am still fairly new to this "eat your exercise calories back" but I have noticed that I still see a weight loss when I do this. Good luck!

  • Thanks everyone! I don't know how much I ate, in regards to calories, Friday night but I ate really well the rest of the weekend. I ended up with just a 0.6lb lost but hey, it was a loss. Kudos to me!

  • Yea it is hard to determine what is the right calorie intake. There are so many sites and so many variables. On here I know that I get more calories to eat when I exercise.
