Are the shoes you are wearing ones that you were wearing as casual shoes? How old are they? If you are serious about trying to be a runner, then yes shoes are very important. I have never been a runner before and I did the c25k on my treadmill inside. I kept getting shin splints and my feet were hurting. I sucked it up and…

Right now I am trying to stay motivated. I am 18 pounds away from my goal weight after losing 43! I find myself wanting to go back to the way I used to eat. And I know that will only put me back where I was! smh

I am currently only running and walking as well as watching my calorie intake. I was doing a cross-fit class (it was free) but it got canceled. So now I am strictly back to walking and running. My body has been transforming with that alone and I am amazed. I am now in a size 8 pant and I am still 17 pounds heavier than the…

I am tired, cranky, and eat everything in site. Actually with the pills that I am on I haven't had any signs in over a year...until this one. The last two weeks have been a b*$%#!

Thank you!! I really hate rude people who are just unhappy with themselves and have to cut you down!

I am 5'3", 147 lbs, and a size 8 pant. A lady at work earlier today very rudely told me not to get too excited because how woman's pants are sized are a lot different than they used to be. Well you know...I am still freakin ecstatic considering I was in 16-18 less than a year ago!!

Sure! Always good to have friends with the same goals. :)

Go for it! I am pretty sure you will be able to get back on track the next day. :) I did the same thing on my bday and I saw a weight loss still! Don't know how but I am not going to question it! Happy Birthday!!! :flowerforyou:

MFP has me set at 1200 with no exercise. I try to eat back all of my exercise calories. I am losing a pound a week. I am currently 5'3" and 147lbs. Goal is 130lbs.

I have exercise induced asthma as well. I have also been prescribed an inhaler. I have not seen any difference. I have been running now since April 2013 and I still can't run the entire 5K, I have to walk/run it. Very frustrating.

I am still waiting for my breathing to get easier.....

I don't have it and don't want it. My teenaged son asked for it and was surprised when I said no because I know it is used for sexting...

I tried an awesome recipe last night! 409 calories per serving and it includes the bun!! Without the bun it is 300 calories. Ranch Chicken Burger w/bun Serves 4 1 and 1/2 pound ground chicken 1 packet (1 oz) of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard 1 egg 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (more if needed) 4 hamburger buns…

Welcome! I have never had gastric bypass. When I started I had 61.5 pounds that I wanted to lose. I currently have 23 pounds left to loose. I have hit a rough couple of months here lately and am a bit frustrated but I am keeping at it. I can only suggest to log everything. Everything that you eat and all the exercise that…

I personally think you did everything right. When you clarified that it had only been happening a couple of weeks (not the month it felt like) then it was more reasonable to calling the vet then. I too had a cat peeing outside the littler box. I did the same as you. I googled it and tried some suggestions to what I found…

I agree carammamal that this is helpful for people who really don't want to track calories. Maybe it does help them with their portion control. I prefer to eat food and make sure I learn what portions are right. And I don't like the scrimp on taste either.

Awesome reason to lose the weight! You can do it!

I am 5'3" and my overall goal is 130lbs. Of course I might try to get down to 124lbs which is what the "charts" say. Honestly I was happy at 140lb many moons ago. I figure if I get to 130 and I gain a bit while learning to maintain, I will be okay with that.
