I have a very hard time finding the nutrition for any of the sushi that I eat. I just cross my fingers and guess. :(

The bad size does change. I have gone from a 38G to a 34G on the tightest hook. But I still am a G cup.....:grumble:

Ugh! I wish I was losing in the bust area. My cup size never changes. Ever.

Getting there!

I have never been a runner. I was walking as a form of exercise but was getting bored with it. I downloaded a C25K app and completed it in 12 weeks. It motivated me and gave me a goal to accomplish. I did it all on the treadmill inside. When I moved outside I started having problems. I have been told that I have exercise…

Sorry for your loss! I am glad you back on MFP! You will be able to do it again and we are here to support you!

15.26 left to go!

I mix one can of tuna with the one serving sizes of Olive Oil Mayo, Mustard, Relish, and a squirt of Sirachi sauce. Total it comes to 165 calories. I eat it with 12 nabisco salt free rounds for another 160 calories. So total is 325. Yum!

Start out walking and varying your speeds. If you want to try running, try a free Couch25k app. I was never a runner, ever. I did the C25K and I will be doing my third 5K this Saturday. I am coming in around 35 minutes with a walk/run approach. You can do it! Glad to see it is for a good cause too!

They aren't.

I use my SpiBelt and I love it! It fits my phone (galaxy s3) and a house key. I use the iCardio app to map my runs and track my calories burned. And I can listen to my music while I run.

So far this month: Walk 13.91 Run 12.71 Total = 26.62 Remaining = 23.38

No.

If you can fit it into your allotted calories, don't deny yourself. For me, I was addicted to soda. So I can't even have that one. Every now and again I will take a swallow of my son's at dinner. But that is on rare occasions and it is just one swallow....

That was me. I was losing weight consistently while logging. I stopped logging to see if I had learned enough to keep it up. I did for a month...then I started either staying the same weight or gaining a couple of pounds. I am now back to logging. Having trouble getting the weight lost going though. :(

You may just be retaining water. When you went way over your calories, was it done eating out? Food in restaurants are higher in sodium. I myself am having some difficulty losing weight all of a sudden. I know that I haven't been as good with my eating so I am pretty sure that is the problem. If you know you are going over…

Oh I know. I was doing so well for the longest time. Now I can't seem to get the groove back. This week has been a bad one again. I hope I haven't but I think I have gained. Tomorrow is my weigh in day. Next week is a new week I guess.

I am 5'3" and I have 25 lbs left to lose. I have lost 37 so far!

Stand up (not into girls....)

I completed the c25k and was never a runner before. I would walk my rear off but I did not run. I completed the app inside on a treadmill as it was winter time when I started. I completed it all inside so I could keep improving to finish. After I finished the program I started running outside. It is a lot different and I…

Definitely going to check some of these out. I am a 34 G (yikes!) and finding a sports bra that is comfortable is almost impossible.

My trainer said that using circuit training general is good. I told her that for 30 mins MFP told me I burned 284 calories. She said that sounded low. So what do you think about me underestimating my calories out and overestimating calories in a bit? Have you had issues with your HRM not giving an accurate count? I read…

I have been scared to start using my TDEE because I am 1) afraid my calculation is wrong and 2) don't think I could handle a weight gain until my body adjusts.
-
I haven't invested the money because I am estimating calories in so why not out? So far it has worked. I just don't know how to estimate the crossfit. I may try using the general circuit training feature like trogalicious suggested for now.

I recently stopped logging for a bit, maybe a month or two. I actually did really good and didn't gain any weight. However, I am not at goal yet. So I started logging again to make sure I make it to my goal weight. What I did when I stopped logging was still weigh in every week. When I stopped seeing the pound weight loss,…

I am lucky that I am attending a Crossfit class for free at the base gym which is also free for me. The trainer is here in Dover for a year and volunteers her time at the gym. The workouts are intense and I am sore as all get out afterwards. But I am getting stronger and my body is changing in ways that it wasn't with my…

Awesome job!!! I too wasn't running the whole 3.1 miles at the end of my c25k program. I ran my first 5k in 40:37 and I loved it! Just ran the Philly Color Run on the 14th and beat my time by about 5 minutes (they don't time so I just looked at my phone time before and after...guesstimate). I used to get pain in the…

I have only lost that total for the last 3 weeks. Still a loss and we are still getting there. Celebrate all losses!!!

LOL Just realized I had the picture of my hubby and I. I am the girl on the left. :) Thanks!
