I just finished Alpha today. Lost 5.4 pounds, not bad, was hoping for more but I'll take it. I'm really liking the program so far definitely excited to switch things up with Beta.

I'm doing it right now, finishing up Level 1 this week. I really like it so far after I got over the fact that I'm doing the same workout everyday. I'm gonna do Level 2 next week and mix it up the following week and try to do back to back like she suggests. Feel free to add me :)

I've done these workouts a couple times and really like them. I'm gonna start tonight for 30 days. So far Level 2 is a lot harder for me than level 1! Feel free to add me if you're still doing this :)

I think I'm gonna stick with it for a month or so switching levels every other day and possibly attempting back to back on Fridays! I'm still sore from level 2 yesterday. She has one girl that does modified moves and there's not nearly as much jumping in this one as some of her others.

Have you started this yet? I was looking through my dvd's yesterday and saw I had this one. I have about another month and a half to go on turbofire but am thinking about doing this one next. I'm not a huge fan of 30 day shred I found it so boring but this one looks different. How are you liking it?

I love TurboFire! I just recently finished the 90 day program, I only lost about 8 pounds but 14 inches!! Chalean is a great motivator and the workouts are very high energy. I'm currently doing the advanced dvds along and I must say I love them so much more than the regular dvds! Good luck to everyone doing it :)
