Hi! I currently do TurboFire but have a friend that was really into to bodyrock so I looked around and think I want to add some ZWOWs to my current routing but my question is where do I start? Do I just pick a workouts at random? Also TF is very cardio intense with HIIT workouts (which they advise to never do back to back)…
Hi, Anyone doing this workout? Seen good results? Feel free to add me. I just started and have done level 1 once and level 2 once. Doing them back to back like she suggests will be insane :) So far I like it a lot better than her other workouts.
