  • As a woman who has lost over 125lbs in the past, had a child, gained back about 70lbs, and now lost 19lbs again I can tell you that for me there was little to no change in satisfaction or in his length/size. Did losing weight aid in being able to enjoy various positions? Probably so, but if you want something bad enough…
  • PCOS here too. Anyone feel free to add me. I have been through every diet, had gastric bypass, was still heavy, had my first child Jan 2017(at age 36, yeah I'm old), kept the baby weight and now have been doing Keto(and exercise 3 or more times per week) since Feb 2018 and down 16lbs so far. Work full time. I am usually a…
  • SaraNicole-if you haven't already calculated your macros for Keto visit this site. It helped me. https://www.perfectketo.com/keto-macro-calculator/
  • You can add me if you'd like. I am doing Keto, with only 18g of carbs per day, trying not to get more than 25 for sure. I am low carb because I have PCOS and I have found that I feel better doing LC as well, once I get over the carb/sugar withdrawals.
  • I started Keto today. I have struggled with my weight/PCOS all of my life. I had a healthy baby boy a year ago and I have been struggling to get the baby weight/pre baby weight off. Anyone with really great tips please let me know. Hoping that what I read is true and I will gain energy to keep up with my little guy :)
  • I didn't take the time to read through everyone's posts so this may be a repeat, but here goes...don't let other people determine your worth. You are worthy of making yourself healthy. Like others have said, most people aren't even paying attention to you, and if they are paying attention to you in a negative way, that's…
  • Working...keeping the criminals behind bars.
  • It's a battle for sure, but every time you workout, skip a soda, eat a salad instead of fries you are doing great. Are your clothes feeling looser? Sometimes you will see a difference in shape and inches before the scale moves. Trust me, I know this to be true. The only other thing I will say is make sure your water intake…
  • Thanks for all the feedback ladies, I have several good ideas to look into. Gotta keep those Ta-ta's in line
  • Feel free to add me! Welcome!
  • How about if everyone minds their own business about what other people wear at the gym, as long as it's not their birthday suit :)
  • Hayaa~ Yes I finished 30 DS. I am alternating BFBM with No More Trouble Zones. NMTZ is mostly strength training/abs. I am unsure if they are available on youtube, I have the dvds. They are both about 50 minutes from warm-up to cool down. She uses some of the same moves in both workouts as in 30DS. You should try it and see…
  • Go p1xy! Barbie could have joined in with you :). I challenge you ladies to try Banish Fat Boost Metabolism! It's about 50 minutes start to finish and it is killer, but definitely feel good afterward. Hope you are all doing well :). Keep up the good work!
  • Thanks everyone! I will be sure to rinse it next time, and try many of the suggestions you all posted :). @ iheart biology-thanks for the website :)
  • Thanks Hayaa and P1xy! I finished L3D10 today, 30 days of shredding! I don't have any pics to post unfortunately. But here are my results: Sept 1: weight-216 Sept 30: weight-210 bust-42" bust-40" waist-39" waist-36" hips-48" hips-47" upper arm-16" upper arm-15.75" thigh-29" thigh-28.5" Obviously hips, thighs, and arms are…
  • I love all dogs, if I could rescue about 30 of them I would. My first dog was a Husky, then we had a Toy Poodle but she looked more like a Pomeranian. Some of the best dogs I have known have been Dobermans, Rottweilers, Labs, German Shepards, Great Danes and of course Mutts. My fiance and I currently have a Shiba…
  • I am in favor of a cheat meal/day...and for the haters, mind your own business. What works for you may not work for me and vice versa. In most cases people are pretty resaonable and can say, "ok, I went overboard and my cheat day cost me a loss(or a gain)" and they can take corrective action. Nobody on here should be…
  • Wow! Great job! Keep up the wonderful work. You are looking great :)
  • Yesterday I did L3D6, I did circuit 1 twice and then moved onto circuit 2 and 3. Today I did L3D7and did circuit 1 and 2 twice and then moved onto circuit 3. Not sure if I have it in me to do all 3 circuits twice tomorrow, but will see. I enjoy Level 3 the most, but I like how each level has given me different areas of…
  • Did not do L3D4 today, did not do anything today but try to save my energy to come to work(at 4pm), sick as a dog; so I spent the morning in and out of the bathroom and trying to sleep. The only reason I came to work was because of the promotion I mentioned a while back...didn't get it :(. So, I am at work till…
  • Congrats! You look great :). Thank you for your service!
  • @Mellie Cc-No More Trouble Zones is a killer when you do the whole dvd at once, the moves are definitely more intense. I have that one and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism, also a killer. I am thinking of alternating those 2 for the month of October 5-6 days per week. I imagine that would produce a pretty significant loss seeing…
  • So happy tomorrow is the final day of level 2! Level 3 is intense but I like it much better than level 2. Hope everyone is continuing to rock it out! Only 11 days to go :).
  • L2D6 today, pleasantly surprised that I only have 4 days left of this awful level :). I will admit I phoned it in today, allergies getting the better of me today. Still feel like I got a good workout in but didn't push as hard as I could have. BTW, tootin my own horn here...Sundays are my weigh in day and I was ecstatic to…
  • Level 2-I hate all the plank exercises :). But I like the squat rows, torso twists/iceskaters and the leg lift crunches. Pretty much I like doing everything other than the plank moves, LOL.
  • A-mazing! Seriously, you are inspiring with everything going on in your life. Keep it up.
  • Try making a "personal pizza" on a whole wheat tortilla with veggies, reduced fat cheese, and turkey pepperoni or sausage. It's not the same but for me it cures that craving. Have you tried kale chips? I thought they sounded gross at first but they aren't too bad. Sorry I don't have a link for a recipe but google it and…
  • You are definitely a good dad and do not lose your man card; that said, could you do a better job of teaching your daughter what good music is?
  • Welcome. We are all here to be supportive. Add me if you like :)
  • I am dreading tomorrow, L2 D1...ugh. I hate level 2 but it is a necessary evil. What I have been doing this time with 30DS is the last 3 days of each cycle I increase my weights. I am a whimp so I start with 3's and then do 5's for the last 3 days. It does make a difference those last few days. I think I am starting to…
