Hayaa, did you start at the beginning again? Wow!
L3D7- done. Was distracted by my sweetie, who really wanted to play Barbies w/ Mommy. I did it though, but she was a bit irked w/ me when I shushed her and stuck her on my bed. lol!0 -
Go p1xy! Barbie could have joined in with you . I challenge you ladies to try Banish Fat Boost Metabolism! It's about 50 minutes start to finish and it is killer, but definitely feel good afterward. Hope you are all doing well . Keep up the good work!0

Well, I just finished level two tonight. I don't know if it was that mentality or what but it felt a lot easier. Although I did prove to myself that eating dinner and not just a snack before working out is not a good idea.0

Ok people's I'm out. Got to Level 2 day 17 and my knee is done. Went to see an ortho doc. and he thought I tore my meniscus so I had an MRI. Luckily it is not torn, just some super weak muscles surrounding the knee. So it's anti inflammatory meds. for me and Physical Therapy for a month and then back to the knee doc. I was doing well, but need to get this knee taken care of.0

Oh sad to hear that take good care of urself I think u hav strained ur knee during the shred
i feel this is the drawback of 30DS its warm up is not good it shuld hav more stretching so i do my own warm up n cool down0 -
Hayaa~ Yes I finished 30 DS. I am alternating BFBM with No More Trouble Zones. NMTZ is mostly strength training/abs. I am unsure if they are available on youtube, I have the dvds. They are both about 50 minutes from warm-up to cool down. She uses some of the same moves in both workouts as in 30DS. You should try it and see if you like it Hope everyone recovers from injuries, it's no fun when you are in pain. I sometimes have a little trouble with my left knee when doing these exercises but I try to back off and do an even more modified version.0

Blah!!!! It was hard today.
Have 2 days to go. I'll try that other one. Banish Fat boost metabolism. We'll see how it goes. I'm thinking about changing pace for awhile and trying Zumba. It looks like fun.
I've bee doing extra stretches at the end too... I think she runs through them too fast and not completely enough. My back was hurting badly today.

I agree. I think she barely ever does any stretches at the end and the ones she does do are as basic as you get.0 -

I can't do it continuous. I try to take really short breaks, so I don't let me heartrate drop.
I do the best I can... but as long as I'm working as hard as I can... I don't care.

Wow, that's awesome!!! I'm looking forward to figuring out inches because my weight doesn't seem to be moving at all. On a side note, Day 2 Level 3 finished last night. I am so sore, I like it!0 -
