OK I have completed the 30DS! Overall I didn't really lose any weight which I am disapointed in but I did lost inches!
This week's weight loss -1.4
Measurements:
Waist -.5
Hips -.5
Bust -1
Arm -.5
Thigh -1.5
Don't know why I always lose so much more in my thighs first, it's annoying because my stomach is my problem area. I would do this again for getting quick (relatively) results. hope you all are doing great and have good results!!0 -

I did Day 4 Level 3 last night. I seem to be incapable of working out on weekends...anyway, I don't expect I'll have time to do Day 5 tonight but I'll be able to tomorrow.0

Well, I forgot to say the other day, but I've done Day 5 Level 3 (on Thursday). I intended to do Day 6 yesterday but didn't end up having time. I don't know if I'll have time today either (a change of work schedule so now I work all day Saturday) but hopefully tomorrow.0
