Calories burned per level
Hi, I know we use the formula for calculating the calories burned for the 30DS workout. It can't be the same amount of calories burned for each workout right? It has to be different considering the intensity is higher. How do we calculate this. Anyone know? Also, is it a 20 or 25 mins workout? Or 20 mins workout with 5…

Most Favorite/Least Favorite Moves
I'm in week 1 (I think most of us are). What are the moves you are like "YES!" about and which ones do you just want to shoot Jillian for? Curious
So I have been doing pretty good on my eating and have added in the shred to most of my days and when I hopped on the scale this morning i was expecting some loss and I saw a gain. Is this just a bump before a big loss or what? I am confused and trying VERY hard to no get discouraged.
