In Addition to 30DS R U ppl Doing anything else as well???

I just was wondering that are you all doing only 30DS or doing anything else in addition to this?

as I started C25K as well but on a treadmill, in your opinion is it a good combination 30DS + Treadmill C25K???

what r u people combining???

    Hey - that sounds like an excellent combination, get some additional cardio in there for stamina :smile:

    I am rotating in Rockin Body routines for some cardio and go for daily walks with the dog and the stroller :) (baby included haha)

    Focus T25 (Week 5 starting tomorrow)

    It is intense... but I cannot seem to lose the weight for whatever reason!

    I do C25k with 30DS. I take weekends off from Shred and usually off from running, but do other stuff on the weekends (like yesterday I did a two hour hike up a butte here). My body is definitely changing.

    I was off from Shred yesterday i.e Sunday & did C25K week3 but OOH AAH OUCH!!! my legs hurt :laugh: lets C if am able to shred today:bigsmile:
