  • You are absolutely right. Eat less. Exercise more. There is no magic formula or miracle diet. It's all about those two things. Eat less. Exercise. I'm 46 and I've lost 72 lbs. If I can do it, you can do it.
  • You guys can do it! And MFP is a good first step. Just like Jillian Michaels says, first you have to pay attention. Keeping track of calories and exercise is critical. The rest is just discipline. You're in the right place!!!
