  • Unfortunately, I don't. But, I do know that if I want a really good beer with dinner, I'll go for a run to have the room for those calories. Beer is a great motivator. :drinker:
  • 1 c frozen fruit (keep it frozen so you don't have to use ice) 1 6 oz container yogurt 1/2 c orange juice delicious and the one i made last night (frozen strawberries and vanilla yogurt) only had 205 calories

  • I know it might sound crazy, but when I got mine (on my hip, right where the waistline of my pants hits) the tattoo artist told me that I could put Bacitracin on it and then cover it with plastic wrap so that it didn't rub against my clothes.   • Thanks for all of the tips! I am going to work on rearranging my schedule for next semester to get up earlier and get to the gym in the morning. Hopefully that will help with keeping me focused during the day too :)
  • Between teaching and research, my schedule is pretty full. I often feel guilty about trying to get a workout in during the middle of the day, but by the end of the day, all I want to do is go home and take a nap. Any suggestions on what helped you get a workout in would be great!
