You could check to see if your local pool offers shallow water aerobics classes. I used to teach these, and they are quite low impact (deep water is better, but with a fear of water I'd avoid this) and you only need to be chest deep in the water. The ladies in my class never even got their hair wet.

I've made something like this for a while. I love to use apple pie filling and sprinkle a Tbsp of brown sugar + 1.5 tsp cinnamon over the top before I toss it in the oven. Can't tell you how many requests I get for these!

Me too! Honestly, I buy the Uncle Ben's minute brown rice and follow the microwave directions (I'm lazy, especially during the week). It usually comes out pretty well.

This. I got my Champion sports bras at Target for ~$12-15 each. I'm a 36 DD and it works for me.

Don't throw them away. Just put them in a cupboard where you can't see them (or can't reach them). That way they are still there for him to have, but will likely be less tempting for you.
