Kids Yoga suggestions

My daughters go to kids zumba at the gym once a week and sometimes they end in yoga poses to stretch and my daughter loves it. DO you know of any good kids yoga on you tube or netflix. I will by a dvd if I need too but prefer the others thanks

    I dont have any suggestions but I do want to get my son a yoga video as well as some other kind of fitness video

    I think you can just get a beginner's yoga video and the children can watch and work with that.

    There's one I have that offered modified poses for the less flexible. :blushing:

    Do a search on YouTube - there are lots of yoga routines available so I'm sure there are a few for kids. I just checked and some of the YogaKids routines are available - see below:

    My kids really like the yoga on Wii Fit Plus, maybe if you have a Wii you could try that? Other than that I really have no idea.

    I have a book, "The ABCs of Yoga for Kids." It's fantastic. No DVD suggestions, though.

    I don't know about youtube or netflix, but on my Comcast On Demand menu there are all kinds of work out videos. There's a section in there that's for kids, and they have little 8 minute yoga things for younger kids. My almost 6 year old son loves them.

    search kid's yoga on netflix. one of my friends is a kindergarten teacher and he uses them in his classroom to keep his students moving during the day.

    Not sure what their ages are, but when my son was little he loved the YogaKids dvds that had already been mentioned (I bought them on amazon) and I know Rodney Yee has a family yoga video. When they are little it's more about having fun and stretching, the yoga routines are more like games.
