i just finished day 1 of level 2 and i found it a lot better than level 1, more interesting. not sure how i'll feel tomorrow but i felt i could push myself further with level 2. i found with level 1 starting with the pushups just done me in for the rest of the workout. good luck :)

SW; 179 CW; 172 GW; 166 I started a week early but i've lost 7 pounds so far so i've change my goal weight a little.
