I'm finding it hard! it's definitely a big step up from level 1 and it actually is causing my body to ache the next day now which i didn't experience during level 1. i've only done two days of level 2 so far so i'm sure it gets easier after each day

That was exactly my experience with Level 1 as well. Got easier after day 3-4. I'm on day 9 today, but I honestly don't think I'll be moving up after day 10 yet. Still at a pretty low fitness level so I don't think I'll be ready. Maybe I'm just being a *****. lol I figure I shouldn't move on until I can get through all the cardio like I'm supposed to and at least more of the push ups. After the first couple sets of jumping jacks I usually have to jog in place for most of the rest of the cardio sections.

i just finished day 1 of level 2 and i found it a lot better than level 1, more interesting. not sure how i'll feel tomorrow but i felt i could push myself further with level 2. i found with level 1 starting with the pushups just done me in for the rest of the workout. good luck :)

YEah I tried to do the normal push ups the last two days but I couldn't manage it so I had to stick with the modified ones lol

I just finished day 3 of level 2. I also like it better than 1...not sure why. I think maybe the mix of moves is better...the plank parts are tough and I do the modified versions of a lot of it...but over all..I like it better!

I started level 2 today a well. I only made it 10 mins lol. Better than nothing though, right?! I hear a lot that level 3 is easier. I guess just look forward to that!

Also how important are the strength moves?
I've found in level 2 that the strength moves make my arms too sore to do the plank moves x
