Thank you everyone I know I am on the right track to lose the rest of my weight. I enjoy walking and that is key for me to keep motivated. With winter coming I will have to try some fitness classes and a treadmill to keep me on track

I am 5'10" and i am shooting for 175-180 I will love to be under 200 its been a long time :) I also am considered big boned so that is why i have chosen that weight

I am here 42 and yes i find it a really slow process I also have thyroid issues and post menapasal so it is a huge battle but I am determined to lose this weight. Ok what can I do if I have a low thyroid and I also do not have any female hormones any more does that effect the amount of calories i should take in? I try and walk and eat 1450 calories everyday and it seems that the scale never seems to move.
