So I cut level 2 short and went to level 3 today. Level 3 day 1 done!! I am glad I did. Level 3 is hard but I really enjoyed it and for some reason seemed to go really quick!!! Im going to stay right here on Level 3 for the rest of the month! Happy Thursday everyone!

I'm feeling the same way! During the workouts my muscles are burning and feel like they are going to split into two! I am slightly sore after for awhile too. But, come the next day I am feeling fine! I just chalk it up to toning up!!!

I use one!! A polar ft4!!! I love it, especially for circuit training because your hr is all over the place!!! What did you get?? I still workout my numbers mathematically with my average hr then trusting the hrm's calorie burn!!! I'm a little obsessive compulsive ;)

Leve 2 day 1 complete! I feel good and loved the change in the exercises!

I'm on day 8 too and I do notice a change! Nothing major, def subtle differences. My arms are tighter and my pants def looser! I am going to do a pic and measurement half way thru on my day 15 just to see where I am at!

Today was day 7 for me! Took off yesterday. I am going to workout 6 days a week instead of 7, and do each level for 9 days instead of 10! Felt good!! Cannot wait to get to Level 2. Need a change soon!
