I lost 15 lbs in doing the complete program with a few travailing disruptions in between. Stick to your calories, and the last 30 days will do the trick.

Eat all the fruit and veggies you can. They fill you up and are low in calories. I also do meal replacement bars and shakes from Labrada. Home made turkey sandwiches are also filling and low in calories. I'm at 1300 cal a day. Also "EXERCISE" is big. The more calories you burn the more space to eat healthy, and drink WATER…

I looked up the 3 day split. All the pro's use a 5 day split which target 1 part per day. Several said that 3 day split is better, unless one wants to live in the gym? What would you recommend instead of body beast? After doing some fast research, it has both 3 day and 5 day splits. The "Build" workout double the muscle…

Just watched your you tube video! Good stuff. Major transformation in a fast time frame. I just started November 2012 doing insanity. Going to start Body Beast after I'm done with insanity. Keep at it, it's good motivation for others.
