Today was Pure Cardio. Sweating like crazy. During the workout I thought I might need another 4 rounds of Insanity before I am starting to get a grip on this, lol... Like the fact that I really feel that I've actually been working out!

Also done Cardio Recovery today. Cannot believe how quickly the week goes. Allmost done with the first week of round 2. YESSS!

Today I did Cardio Power & Resistance. Managed to do more push ups. ( coming from 0 ) Did some cardio afterwards just to bump up the calories burned... I did had to stop twice during the warm up today :embarassed:

Today I did Plyometric Cardio Circuit. It was like doing them for the first time, so much sweat! I do notice improvement in de warm up. Would always take breaks there, now I didn't have to ( which resulted in being totally kaput when starting the actual workout, lol ) Looking forward to tomorrow!

Hi! Even though Insanity is an hard workout ( and it will stay like that ), you will get better and you will start seeing results soon. Do the best that YOU CAN DO. Focus on your form and push yourself everyday. Love to hear from you after 4 weeks to find out how you feel then! Digg deeper :wink:

The same way that you will be doing this for the coming 2 months! With determination, a support system ( this group ) and the motivation that you will feel as soon as you notice the difference in your body. And you probably don't have to wait long before you see the first results. Go for it!

I am doing the Insanity and know I am not ready for Asylum yet. I have to improve my form! By restarting Insanity I hope that I will be ready to take it to the next level > Ayslum.
