Oh that's good to hear! That might explain a bit why I have been eating way above my bulk kcal these last two weeks... Was feeling I needed more and more...

My name is Imaan, I am 41 years old and I am from The Netherlands. I've started my first bulk as of the 2nd week of September. 1. Starting weight. 71kg 2. Bulk goal weight. 75kg or so... 3. Amazing job!!! Your hard work is paying off! Proud of you my friend :-)

Bump for later! Thanks!

I agree with this ^^^. I also found it hard to go back to cutting. So I ate at maintenance and when I felt good about that, I dropped 100 kcal a day. I try to weigh every 2 or 3 weeks, allready lost 0.7 kg, but seeing changes in the mirror >>> that' what I like :- ) Good luck!

Just AMAZING! Congrats and wishing you two all the best!

There is a bonus workout for upperbody where you use weights. I came with the Deluxe package. I haven't done that one myself as I decided to go back to lifting after 2 rounds of Insanity. You find a little bit of it here on Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MQ66YplrZ6c

Do you have to Upperbody workout from Insanity? Otherwise you could incorporate that workout in the routine. If I recall you could replace 2 or 3 workouts a week with that one. Maybe an idea?

@ Heybales, thank you so much! Exactly what I was looking for!

Can anyone explain to me, very very simple, how I have to set it up to: -eat at TDEE ( as I want to eat at TDEE for 1 week every 4 weeks) -to eat at 10-15% cut both including…

Hi, you're welcome to add me if you'd like. I've started my reset on the 8th of February. Since then I've upped my cals a couple of times as I'm trying to find my correct TDEE. At this point I would prefer eating above TDEE than under as I hope to benefit with lifting. ( started again after a couple of years break ) I'm…

[/quote] If you selected moderately active for your TDEE activity multiplier why would you eat back your calories? Unless you are working out more than at a moderately active level then your calories are already accounted for. One thing about a 10% cut I would caution you about and that is precise food logging and food…

Thanks! warm up and stretching is about 20 min. I am a stay at home mom that homeschool little ones, so I try to sit during the day but that's a challenge, lol... so mostly on my feet and busy.
