    None, because I finished the damn thing on Saturday.
    Having a well earned rest for a week.
    A little stretching and some light jogging, then going into the Asylum!

    10lbs down.
    4 inches off my waist
    3 inches of my chest

    Felt really good about finishing it.
    Then took a shirtless "after" photo for comparison and felt realy good.
    I'll not be a poster boy for Insanity. but there is a massive difference.

    I'll get the photos up in the next day or 2.

    You must be nearly there?

    Yea i am scheduled to complete on 10th March so i am in the last week. Last week was really hard plus I can feel pretty much the same this week. I think my body is abit knackered.

    Haven't lost much weight but am losing inches! Will share the results at the end.

    I found the last week really hard as well.
    You really have to force yourself over the finish line.
    But the last rep of the last day is the sweetest feeling!

    I'll be checking in anyway.

    i am looking forward to relax abit though i will continue to exercise. i think when i finish this round of insanity i will reduce my workout to either 4 or 5 days a week for a week or 2 before i move on to the next challenge. not sure yet what the next challenge will be but quite likely i will be starting insanity again.

    Well just completed the program today since I just decided to do my fit test before the scheduled exercises so I can have tomorrow as a day off. Shaun T and Insanity has kicked my butt and even though I dont have the weight loss to show for it I can see changes in my body and I feel so much better and stronger. I will be doing this again in a few weeks/ months and I hope to do even better next time. Keep digging deeper guys!

    hey hey,
    i completed my program as well. like chrisja i did my fit test y'day and only took measurements today. i am at the exact same weight i was when i started insanity though i had lost a couple a pounds as some point but seem to have gained it back. unfortunately i didnt take any pics at the start of the program but i did takee about 4 weeks in so i will compare those with the end result after i have taken some new pics later today. i feel and look so much better despite being at the same weight. will definitely be doing insanity again.

    Today is Recovery for me. I am not seeing much results as I am on day 18 of INSANITY. So I added Cardio Abs with my Recovery Day, just to push my abs a little more.

    I know it's risky adding an excersize on Recovery day, but since it was just the Cardio Abs, and It's not very long... I had to try it. I. E. I made sure I did Cardio Abs first then I did Recovery. lol

    I just know I NEED/CRAVE results fast! I have never been so dedicated to a workout and I have never CRAVED results so much in my life...but I do now.

    Does anyone have a comment on this?
