Today was Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs. With that I've completed the last workout and will be doing my fittest tomorrow. It's been fun and lots of sweat but I am happy and little proud that I've completed 2 rounds of Insanity since starting in last September.

No workout today or yesterday, have been sick... Hope to be able to get back tomorrow. Only 4 workouts left before I finish Insanity!

I've used Workout Trainer by Skimble. A nice app with lots of different exercises!

Today was Max Interval Sports Training. Even though it lasts 55mins, the workout goes by very fast. It's so much fun and you can tell the people in the workout are also having a great time. Still got a nice burn from it... Some weighttraining afterwards, not much...tomorrow is rest! Looking forward to that one too!

Max Cardio Recovery today...I think there's a fittest coming up in a couple of days...so NOT looking forward to that one!

I don't know. She had mentioned that she was going to take some days off and return right after new year. So I hope she'll back soon. I really like her posts and the way she motivates others.

Yes! I take good form over reps at anytime. I think the ones you do with good form are the ones that will lead to succes. Keep it up! :wink:

Today was Max Cardio Conditioning. After that I did 20 min training with fee weights ( man...I really miss that...) I think I will start doing some extra weighttraining 3 times a week as of now...I just love weights!
