Did Max Interval Plyo. I just feel comfort that the people in the workout are also struggeling so much...makes me feel like it's not so strange that I am struggeling too... And who came with the idea of doing a set of Power Jumps when you are already out of breath?! Man...

Very nice! Improvement on your form is even more important! Great job. I count each side as 1 too, think that's correct :smile: I've done my fittest too today, some improvements, not all, but still happy with the results.

I just want to continue on the path that I am going now. Working out daily ( 1 day rest ) and logging my food in MFP. Focussing on gaining strength and loosing bodyfat.

Yesterday i did Plyo and today Cardio Recovery. With Pure Cardio tomorrow and Ply the day after, I will be finished with month 1. On to the shoulder burns!!!

For me that is: -quark, sometimes with proteinpowder. -nuts, peanutbutter -tuna, salmon or other fish -sometimes chicken -proteinbar -beans I do am a fan of eggs. I've made the two ingredient pancake several times. Where you use 2 eggs and 1 banana ( love them ripe ). Thats also works for me. Love to see more suggestions…

This is something that I also really would like to do, mix everything... Perhaps I can do this when I have to DVD's for the different workouts. I'm thinking Insanity/P90x/Turbo fire/Les Mills Pump and some Brazilian Butt lifting in the weekends!!! Can only imagine how muscle confused my body would be then...lol...
