I've done Insanity Cardio Recovery today. Yesterday was Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs. Day before Plyo. Almost going into the 4th week! And still loving this program very much!

I totally agree with Emily. Focus on your form. Keep going, more people started to see their changes in the 2nd month as the workouts are longer and intenser. Don't forget...you are doing great. Insanity is hard work and you're doing it! Be proud and continue...you will reach your goal!

Today was Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs. Was not able to do the workout in the morning as usual, got frustrated over it but managed to do it late afternoon. Now looking forward to a day of rest tomorrow!

I bought one yesterday. Thanks for reminding me! I used to have one years ago but lost it. I was doing the online bf calculator but I know these are not accurate offcourse. I now have to figure out how to take the measurements correctly. A challenge in itself, lol...

Did Plyometric Cardio Circuit today. Think I managed to get through the workout okay ( meaning much better than before) Even my son said during the workout: Mom, you're improving! LOL.. Overall I think we are all getting better in this insane journey. This really motivates me. Thank you all for that!

Those are great results. I keep starring at the BF! GREAT! How do you measure yours? Do you have a scale? I am using an online calculator for my Body Fat but really wondering how accurate it is. ( Probably wouldn't be if it was low, lol )
