staring wt: 128 week 1:128 week 2:125 week 3:122 current wt: 121 NY goal wt. 120! ... Im leaving to my my new year vacation on friday the 28th so I wanna reach my goal wt by then before I leave, but since I have been on track Im pretty sure it will happen! Good work every one!

I have 5-7 lbs to go! This week is super hard with finals schedule so I am hoping to go into over drive next week! Keep up the great work every one! I am really impressed with some of the numbers!

Eat clean, stay under my calorie, and work out 3-4 times a week. Its finals time so really gotta stack up on low calorie energy drinks. Which brings me to--- not eat late!

I started my day with an Hour work out which in itself cut off most of the guilt. I ate salad first, drank plenty of water, and had my one meal (no seconds), and had desert :). Not drinking my usual wine with cooking helped tons too. It was a great day with no guilt which makes it that much better
