  • I can't wait for day 30 also! I think when it is all said and done I may restart the cycle. I just finished my second Level 2 workout. And I don't feel like crap afterwards which is a bonus. I feel quite refreshed actually!

  • I prefer to work out in the morning. If I don't do it first thing its very likely I won't do it at all. I couldn't complete my work out today. I got two thirds of the way through and starting getting light headed and nauseous so I stopped. But I did just finish a pm yoga. So I think that makes up for it. But this won't…

  • Awesome! How would you go about tracking this in the exercise section of MFP? I wish I could just put in "JM 30 Day Shred Level 1"
  • How about 7 days. We can make it a weekly thing.. This way we can turn it into a 5 week cycle. Allowing for 5 rest days to be taken at our leisure and allow our muscles to rest. Then this would give us 4 updates and less waiting time to see our progress.
  • I'll start earlier.. However, not tomorrow. Lots of boxing day shopping is to be had. But I will on thursday for sure!! I know you mentioned you have done this before. What exercise do you find the most difficult. I can't do any of the ones where you raise the dumbbells to eye height (if that makes sense).
