  • Good for you for sticking with it! Your a superstar. I slacked, quite miserably last month. I've been doing better the past few days. Got back into my running as well.
  • Thats so great. I have a hard time with the weights to. What is the weight of your dumbbells? I only use 2 lbs.
  • Well, I wasn't going to weigh in this week because I knew my results were going to be bad. But I had to. Its a reality check. I've gained back a pound and some inches. Sadly. But I'm back at it. Just about to do day 9 of level 2.

  • My week started well last week, but I got a second job on thursday and I have not worked out since. :( I will be doing day 9 of level 2 tomorrow. I'm sure its going to kill me. Has any one made it to level 3 yet?

  • Well, my stats are in for this week. And I am SURPRISED!! I honestly didn't think I did very good last week but I lost a total of 9.25 inches! WHAT?! And 3 lbs. I love this spreadsheet. It makes me feel like I'm actually accomplishing my goals!
  • I'm definatly in love with level two but I'm taking a second rest day this week. I need it for sure. And chai, you will get use to it. Probably just in time for level 3. :)

  • Just finished day 2!! All I have to say is "aaaaaggggggghhhhhhhhhhh"! I burn so much, and feel so gross from all this sweat, but man, can I ever feel it. I know this level is going to bring big changes.

  • Wow. What an intense workout. I was out of breath after 3 minutes. All my muscles are burning, and I finished the workout an hour and a half ago! This is going to be so rewarding!

  • This weeks measurements are in. 1 lb lost and 2 inches lost!! Not as good as last week but its still pretty great in my eyes! Off to do level two now!

  • Completed Level 1 today!!! Woohooo. Can't wait to get onto level 2 tomorrow. Pretty pumped. I worked extra hard during my workout today and completed all the reps with the weights.

  • Just added week two measurements! I've lost a total of 6 Inches!! I'm so happy. I honestly didn't think there was any change. My weight hasn't dropped that much. But I'm so happy. Hope everyone else is having as much luck as me.
  • I modify the side lunge to.. sorta. I don't hold the dumbbells the whole time. Only about 5 reps each time. Tomorrow will be day 6. Today was a rest day for me. I still did my night time yoga though.

I don't do push ups as it puts strain on my wrist (which I am currently doing physiotherapy for). So I do a modified plank instead. Still works my arms and my abs quite a bit. I also cant do the bicycle crunches…

  • See, I have a lot of stairs at work so I think my legs are already use to exercise. I've also been doing yoga so i think the extra work on my back and shoulders is not/ is helping.
