Get an heart rate monitor watch so that you can accurately track how many calories you burn and also log everything you eat. Im in maintenance and those two factors helped the most.

I am GF for medical reasons. I have seasonal allergies that last every season and arthritis in my shoulder. So true. Im fifty and Ive been lifting light weights for years. It is very helpful in many ways for example shoveling snow and the other examples! The average woman does not really have enough testoterone to get ripped from lifting light to moderate weights. Keep up the good work you look great!

probably STRICTLY genetic. I have the same problem with high cholestrol my Mom had it too and she was not overweight.

I think every body is different. Some peoples bodies will react negatively and some wont for example I read that wheat causes inflammation so I gave it up and my Diagnosed Arthritic shoulder is now pain free.

My favorite is the Dole Frozen fruit mix from Sams Club its a mix of strawberries,pineapple,peaches and mango. I just put it in a tupperware container and take it to work.

Im hoping gluten free will help my sinuses also. So far the Arthritis in my shoulder almost pain free and I find it easier to keep my weight at maintenance.

I should say Im in maintenance and thats what works for me. Everyone is different but a heart rate monitor will give you an accurate calorie burn count.

I wasnt clear on your workout. If its only interval training thats a good start but you need to get in more cardio if you really want this to work for you and eat breakfast and veggies. You say you do 40 mins of cardio I would shoot for an hour because when you stop at 40 mins you are missing that last few minute burn.…

Do it!!! I love it and there are deals. Even if you only do it once for the experience its worth it! Dont go to Walmart the lines are to long and once you get inside its crazy. Kohls is not nearly as bad.
