Just listen to your body if you are not hungry dont eat. You will stop being hungry in the morning when appetite correction sets in.

I find that hot flushes are triggered by the foods I eat. If I eat too much sugar I get them. Everyones triggers are different.

I agree with the comment about buying protein powder yourself and making your own shakes but its all about caloric intake anyway. If you burn more calories than you eat no matter what you eat or drink you will lose.

I used to be a weigher for WW and was a lifetime member. The pro for me is MFP is real life and its FREE AND more support than going to a meeting once a week.
