You can make your diary public but right now only friends can see it. When I first joined MFP I would not eat my exercise calories and I was spinning 3 to 5 days a week. A year later I have finally started eating more of my exercise calories even when I'm not hungry and it works. You need to eat more

So sorry to hear of your loss. The same thing happened to a family member of mine about 18 years ago. I know the exercise will help. I belong to a gym and my friends there really help me get through tough times. Hang in there and stay healthy for your son and angel baby.

I agree with MZ I experimented and found that if I did not eat back my exercise calories (within 100 calories) I stalled on weight loss.

I'm a lifetime member of WW BUT I prefer MFP everything you need including the support is right here! Eating plans are too restrictive. I wear my HRM during cleaning I also add leg weights and do "power bursts" while cleaning like squats and going up and down on one step just like you would do at the gym! I usually burn 500-600 calories an hour doing this so I count it.

I do one for three days every season. I use Yogi brand detox tea and juice ideally prepared with my own juicer. I make this with a whole chicken....removing skin once the chicken starts cooking I add cilantro and cook it on top of the stove. We eat it over brown rice after refrigerating the sauce it creates and skimming off the fat before serving.

I agree to be accurate on calories burned you need an HRM. An example is spinning depending on the instructor I burn anywhere from 400 - 600 calories in an hour class.

Hello, are you a regular user of fitness pal. If so you can lose weight eating any combination of food you like so long as you dont go over on for most women 1200 calories.
