If it's overwhelming in the beginning, just plan one or two days. But plan everything, even snacks. I'm in my 10th week on Curves Complete and really like having a week planned but the website is doing it for me at this point. I have started trying to ease back into it. Remember whole foods will fill you up and keep you…

You absolutely need a second opinion! When a Dr. will not answer your question it's time for someone new. I think a lot of antidepressants have weight gain as a side effect but 35lbs in 3 months is pretty significant. I'm not bi-polar but I have clinical depression and have been on Zoloft for close to 20 years. I was lucky…

I'm really more aggravated over not being able to post it from my foods but whatever. Yes and the serving sizes are the same. I know I shouldn't worry over 10 calories. But sometimes it can make a difference.:ohwell:

I love Whole Foods! There isn't one around me but when I visit my son we always go. The one thing I get is their extra virgin olive oil. It's good quality and a really good price. That's not much help but it's a staple at my house! Have fun!

Try walking. Also look through the database and see the different activities that can count as exercise. You might be pleasantly surprised by what you can count! You will also find the more you do, the more you'll enjoy. Trust me, I hated exercise too and still not in love with it but as the weight comes off you'll feel…

After a mission trip spent building a school I ended up with a stress facture. Dr put me in a walking boot. I think I wore it for 2 weeks and wore good supporting shoes after that. I worked in a school and was on my feet constantly but that did the trick.

I don't think the FT 7 tracks distance. I haven't found if it does. My son got this for me due to the ease of use and the ability to change the battery without sending it away. I like it and use it everytime I exercise. Hope this helps!

Curves is great! I don't currently go there but I use to. It makes you work hard and it's nice to get your workout done in 30 min.
-
Don't do it two days in a row. Your body needs to repair itself. Keep doing it but every other day.
-
That is a fabulous victory!! Way to go!!

Yes there is an app on here. It's under food diary, recipes. It will figure it out for you. Good luck! Your recipe sounds yummy!
