Boy I'd love to live on Oahu, what an incredible place! I was there in November and did my first Triathlon. Man-oh-man is that place spectacular. Lucky you!!!

I think running skirts are flattering. Try one on at the store and see how it looks on you. I think they are super cute.

I love fish, I've had them my whole life. Right now have 2 koi and a goldfish in my pond but I bring them in my aquarium in the winter. I realize it's not sexy, but I don't have time for more technical fish at this point. I always wanted a salt water aquarium, but again, I just don't have the time right now. Someday I will…

I try and eat 4 pieces of day. the sugar in fruit doesn't count so ignore that part on MFP and enjoy it. Don't take my word for it though, my sports dietitian recommended lots of fruit and veggies.

Wow, sad you are having bordem food issues. I eat a salad every day regardless. But I do make smoothies on occassion for a meal replacement. And I mean my smoothies pack some good calories and fats. Not being a meat eater myself, have you thought about fish or turkey? How about stir fries with veggies and beans and rice?…

Enjoy it just don't load it with butter. It is a starchy vegetable so moderation is key. Pretend its a slice of bread...that's the idea. Ok for a slice or 2 but don't go crazy.

Get to the doctor! Start eating fruit and salad and stop eating chicken sandwiches. Get yourself some bananas prunes and kill the junk food.

If you eat healthy you don't need to take probiotics. Probiotics are the rage now because people are not eating fresh fruits and veggies, they are eating highly processed foods that have no real nutritional value. If you eat healthy you don't need the probiotics and absolutely they are causing you to bloat. No question.

I completey agree with the guy with the hot bod. I would not drop your calories. Also, when you work out are you really working out or are you just going through the motions? Work up a big sweat push yourself. 3x a week for 20 minutes at a time is a minimal effort. Work out 6 days a week for an hour at a time. Def. eat…

Try eating raw veggies when you get craving foods, you can eat all that you want and it won't stick to you. Also, are you working out until you are sweating profusely? I find people exercise but don't exert enough energy.

Nothing wrong with running at 85% heartrate. You are less likely to get stress injury on a treadmill anyway. If you decide to pound the pavement, reduce your speed and build up again. Otherwise, happy 6.1!!

Calcium, take a bunch of calcium. A lot of times it's a lack of calcium that causes it. Also, if you want to go hardcore, become a vegetarian and watch them virutally disappear, or at least that happened for me.

I agree with everyone here, keep at it, your body will get there eventually.

Brunches don't flatten the stomach. Plank and yoga does.

Herbal tea is a healthier choice.

With all these posts I'm not sure my opinion will mean so much. Nonetheless, a couple things, if you eat a lot of fiber, say a salad before running, it gives you side stitches. Be aware of what you eat before a run. Especially within a 4 hour window of before a run. I do like to have something in my stomach before a run,…

Obey your appetite. Tony horton himself doesn't follow that plan. He's a vegetarian. Have some fruit and veggies they won't stick to you.

Wow huge decision there. Scarey.

Seriously I don't think you look bad at all.

Listen to your body. Your diet is about the worst ever studies show high protein diets lead to heart disease and cancer. Read book the China study. You want to eat fruits veggies and whole foods. Watch Dr oz ive lost 60 lbs this way. I think south beach and atkins are popular because they r fast but they r unsustainable…

I have a similar issue yet different. My issue is that when I see myself in a photo or full length mirror I can't believe how good I look. In my mind, I'm still 60 pounds heavier than I am right now. I see old photos and think that is still how I look. When I go clothing shopping, I don't believe that I'm a size 12, I…

I'm a triathlete and runner I address this in my blog. http://competingiswinning.blogspot.com/p/distance_09.html

Toss it in the trash is the dollar value with it? In otherwords if it costs 5.00 but u gain 3 pounds is it worth it? Would you pay 5.00 to lose 3 pounds? Probably so trash it.

Focus on why you.are doing this its not for entertainment.but for your health. Focus on hitting your goals. All programs have routine. You'll get bored with All of them eventually.so u.have to.change your mind set

I never log it prob because I rarely do it. Lol I don't judge this its controversial. I know some who are really big and just moving is tough and cleaning is a workout. I think if you are sweating you are burning. That's how to decide. I walk a mile before I run but I don't log it.
