I lost 12 pounds (157 to 145) ! Very pleased because I tried to do something and I actually managed it! Big lesson for me was that it isn't always linear. Some weeks I lost too much, some weeks I lost nothing and some weeks I gained. But in the end, it worked. I think in the past I'd have given up when I saw it wasn't…
