Feel free to add me. I follow Team RH's plan - 2100 calories, 15K steps a day, aim for 3 litres of water and go by 80% nutritious food followed by 20% treats :D

Add away:)

Fantastic! What have you been doing to help with the losses? You look awesome :)

Hey! My name is Nikki from Belfast, N Ireland. Feel free to add me. My food diary is open. I've been on here since 2012. Long periods where I hadn't logged in just logged in recently. Doing Intermittent Fasting for the past month - mainly 16 hours fast with 8 hour window of eating. Chocolate is my weakness! I also have 1…

I used to be an avid PC gamer. Now mainly play PS4 - Battlefield 1 would be my main game. Absolutely love it :)
-
Feel free to add me for motivation and support - could use some of it myself too :)

Watched the pilot. Wasn't bad. After seeing the trailer all I could think of was "The Devil Wears Prada" which was offputting to be honest. There is potential with the show and it will be interesting to see how this continues.

Absolutely loved Daredevil series. Didn't think it was going to amount to much but wow was I wrong! Such a good show and can't wait until Season 2 :dizzy:
-
Yes! :) In relation to games, used to be a big PC gamer with FPS and MMORPGS plus RTS. Love playing Wii, and Xbox plus Gameboy

Today I will: * Drink 1 litre of green tea. * Drink minimum 2 litres of water. * Exercise: 2 hours max (including Boxing tonight)

I understand completely with regards to being in work all day then knowing you're not going straight home - it's not a nice feeling and you feel so tired before you even get there. I aim to go in morning times but understand this is not for everyone either.
-
What an inspiration! Well done on your success!
-
I wouldn't. I work my treat in as best I can with my daily intake. There is a good post on the forums with regards to this must try to find and link you it :)
-
I'll look into this @DaniCanadian Thanks! :)
-
Amazing! You should be so proud :) Love the photo of you both super cute!
-
Thank you @rivertree69 :)

Just think how good you'll feel about yourself inside and out. I find it a struggle to drink 4 litres of water a day even if I drink 3 I'm happy but I just keep thinking of all the amazing benefits. Plus reading up about what you're doing as well. My Fitness Pal friends are very inspiring also! :)

@rivertree69 People need to remember --- no persons weight loss journey is identical to absolutely everyone elses. We all have root issues on why we gained weight --- maybe emotional issues, stress, family, portion control, etc. We are all motivated different, and quit/give up differently. If it works for you --- go for…

I just can't believe the nastiness more than anything to be honest. Very disheartening.

Thanks @Steph38878 much appreciated :)

No I didn't come on for that crap I came on here to ask people if they were doing a similar plan and how it works for them and I understand everyone's opinion of doing the plan will be different. From what I've learnt from this forum is that people are very nasty.

@vilytran I must read more into ketogenic diet as I have not heard of this before. It's always interesting to read up on new things :) I'm ok having a shake in the morning as I would then have an AM snack and also PM snack after my lunch shake. I feel fine plus I'm always super busy during the day so drink plenty of water…

It's actually really lovely to hear from people who are doing a similar plan and not have people be so judgmental!! I understand people have their opinions but when you feel like a child being told "you're doing this wrong"attitude it's not a good feel. I thought this website was for support and encouragement. The reason I…
-
It's my choice. What's your problem?
-
Yes I understand fully what you're saying and I am fully aware. I came on here to ask if there were others on the same sort of plan for some support and encouragement for this current goal.
-
I agree with @bmele0 I lead a busy lifestyle with work and am stressed majority of the time which I'm on medication for. I know how to cook also and am very much into making everything from scratch as well I don't like processed foods they just make me feel bloated and horrible afterwards. So the shakes fits my lifestyle…

Like I said in a previous post it's not long term. No one bothers to read what you say unfortunately :( This is usually why I don't post on these forums because everyone jumps down your throat. Thanks anyway for your opinions and thoughts.
-
@chelsy0587 I know what you mean! My gym also does shakes too. I think it's great that they offer this service! It's like when someone else makes you a meal - it always tastes better lol @kutedaisy Sounds great :) I know lunchtime I'm ok but once the afternoon comes I need to make sure I have good healthy snacks with me.…
-
Thank you lovely for your encouragement and support :) I'm hoping this will start things off for me and definately not a long term plan. Thanks so much for your honesty.

Hey all :) My diary is open - feel free to add me if you wish x
