Just think how good you'll feel about yourself inside and out. I find it a struggle to drink 4 litres of water a day even if I drink 3 I'm happy but I just keep thinking of all the amazing benefits. Plus reading up about what you're doing as well. My Fitness Pal friends are very inspiring also! :)

You can do this. I have lost 135 pounds through diet and exercise... I had to change my lifestyle to lose weight and keep it off. My old habits had to change, my old foods had to change, and my old ways of coping with life had to change. I had to be willing to try new things, push myself out of my comfort zone and DO THE WORK. It’s not easy... but it will get easier as you do it. There will be days that you want to give up. What separates YOU from the others is the ability to GET BACK UP and keep pushing forward. I have had bad days… and I have days where I don’t feel like exercising. You have to learn self control and push through the times that your mind plays tricks on you. Please know that weight loss is a journey… it takes time and patience. If I can do this, you can do this! I finally have my life back and I feel better than I ever have! If you ever need some help you can message me, I am happy to offer what advise I can to help you out!

If you wnat to do it, then you need to understand why and that motivation comes from you. If you research weight loss then it helps to understand what it is you need to do and that it will work. Consistent calorific deficit will result in weight loss for you. You then need to be able to commit and that means its importnat enough for you to want i badly enough you are prepared to do whats needed. What you are looking for is consistency and in your case to get beyond the short term.

Have a clear easy to follow plan.
    Dont be too aggressive.
Transition in with small steps and achievable realistic targets
Work on your mindset, especually the bit where you fall off the wagon and think what you will do to stay on.
Make it one day at a time, weigh your food and log.
Dont beat yourself up if you stio, every day is a new one so you can have another ccrack at it, lo and move on.
    Be patient
