I haven't been able to exercise a lot of the time I've been on mfp and have still lost weight by watching cals and macros. I'm sure there are a lot of exercises you can do if you get googling. Just take those strong disabled olympians as inspiration!

I'm kinda aiming for a thigh gap but only because my thighs are slimming down quite nicely but I now have flabby bumpy skin right at the top of my inner thighs which I'd like to slim down along with the rest of my thighs as I think it looks horrid. I never set out with getting a thigh gap as an aim although it is nice to…

I have the same worries and I'm not quite sure how to deal with them either really. I just talk to my OH and try to relax or my period won't start anyway because of the stress. I panic so much because I can't stand the thought of going through another terrible pregnancy or labour right now and last time I spent the whole…

I also think you're eating too much. I would try around the 2000 mark as you've been losing slowly eating more than this and this might just increase your deficit enough to speed up the weight loss. I also think you eat way to many carbs. I've read that no one needs more than 200g a day and under 150g a day is best for…

I felt good buying some new clothes around the 9lb mark but no one started commenting until I'd lost 20lbs. I'm nearly at my goal weight now and I am only just realizing that I'm not big anymore. Mentally I'm finding it very hard to adjust to my smaller body although I know I feel and look better.

Its been 9 - 10 months for me. I could never have lost this much weight without MFP and all the great advice here

I don't think fats make you fat (I think that was just another fad diet) so drop any low fat products you're eating to up your cals and don't worry about going over a bit. You need good fats in your diet to be healthy. Also when I'm working out regularly I find the scale often doesn't move at all and its not until I take a…

Weight often comes off in chunks rather than a steady loss so stick with it. I also often find that I lose very little when I'm working out regularly but when I have a week off I see a big drop in weight. When I get back to working out my weight seems to plateau again but I continue to feel stronger and more toned. I agree…

Yes you can. Go to 'My Home' then 'Goals', 'Change Goals' and select 'Custom Goals'

I just posted this for someone who wants to lose 20lbs in half the time so this is easy for me to answer lol - If you have quite a lot to lose then its probably possible but if you don't have much to lose then it will be more difficult. Its something to aim for and to keep you focused but just don't set your expectations…

If you have quite a lot to lose then its probably possible but if you don't have much to lose then it will be more difficult. Its something to aim for and to keep you focused but just don't set your expectations too high and be disappointed if you don't reach your goal by Christmas. This should be a lifestyle change and…

I eat whenever I feel like it. Quite often I'll have 4 meals and snacks in between and I don't think the time or amount of meals I've eaten in a day has affected my weight loss. Oh I also often eat a sandwich or something in the middle of the night and that doesn't stop me weighing in lighter as long as it fits within my…

Thanks I feel I may to read this again soon!

I was going to say tricep extentions too. It really seems to be helping my flappy underarms.

I've gone from a nice full C to almost an A. I didn't like them much after I finished feeding baby number 5 but now I really hate them. My plan is to try and exercise them completely flat lol although I am wondering whether if I gain a few lbs once I I'm happy with the rest of my body shape it'll go straight back on my…

Keep exercising and using your weights and hopefully it will eventually get better. I too hate the flappy bit on the back of my arms but I think it may have improved slightly by adding in a new exercise a couple of months ago where while laying down you start with a dumbell above your head and lift it over your head to…

To all the ladies who've kept your boobs....I am soooo jealous! I was a good sized C but now I'm getting too small for a B cup and my boobs just look deflated :o( My thinking now is that I either need to try and get rid of them completely or hope that when I'm at my goal weight and happier with the shape of the rest of my…

Moths really freak me out. They are like wacky versions of butterflies (which I love) and they need to chill out

Yeah I think it may have been. Sure you could add things like that to your recipe without adding lots of oil and sugar though. I'm quite happy with a basic sauce full of herbs and a good tasty cheese so I'm probably not going to be that much help lol
-
Did you google zesty pizza sauce as the first recipe I looked at had paprika and wine vinegar in it. Might that help?

Love edamame beans! They have all the amino acids so are great unless you have certain health problems like cancer or hyperthyroidism. I also eat a lot of cheese yum yum. I've found fresh egg pasta to be a good source of protein and some of them aren't too carby.

I'm having a similar problem at the moment and I'm trying to take a step back and think about why I started on this journey. I was at an unhealthy weight and wanted to get healthy. By under eating we're just making ourselves unhealthy again and putting our lives at risk! I'm thinking that maybe I need to quit calorie…

I seem to be getting away with Frylight rather than using oil or butter. Can't beat lots of pepper, seasoning and cheese inside though lol. I do use Kerry low low cheese so its something like a third of the fat of regular cheese.

I feel the same :( The scale keeps bouncing around the same few pounds so I have between 6 and 8 lbs left to lose and man, its frustrating! I tried dropping my cals a bit more and trying to exercise a bit more often with some weights but there doesn't seem to be a lot happening. I'm going away for 4 days tomorrow and…

Do you have to eat there so often? They offered 3 meals a day at my college and uni but I rarely ate there. Used to take my own roll and salad but I didn't really like the food there anyway.

I just had a weight watchers crustless quiche, handful of rustic chips, coleslaw and salad with lots of caesar salad dressing.

I first chose a number in the middle of my healthy BMI range but when I reached it I still wasn't happy so decided to shoot for the lower end. I know now that I still won't look in the mirror and love my body at that weight but I wouldn't want to make myself unhealthy by going any lower so I'll just have to focus on…
