  • I do Body Combat as much as possible. I think the class is a great high intensity workout. You definitely feel the burn if you push your self! I agree its not necessarily good form of learning martial arts, but it does touch on all the `ìdeas`and can really inspire you to want to learn! For sure a class to check out!
