Hey! Ideally I just want to have a tricep focused day and a bicep focused PLUS a compound arms day. I just grouped triceps with chest and biceps with back for the isolated days.

Sometimes weight is not the best measurement of how well you are doing. Start tracking your measurements, you may be very surprised! I typically do a measurement update once a month....you can get very specific with it or be more general totally up to you and what you want to track!!

I agree with the last poster completely!!! Its so hard to get to the gym during that time but after wards you feel SOOOO good! Andd then if you indulge and eat a ton, like I know I do haha, atleast your still on the workout track for those few days!
