  • Duh, I gotcha - thanks Colorscheme and everyone else who explained the weight of food. Asher_Ethan - I use the measuring cup for the half & half that I add into my tea, sugar, seasoning, salad dressing. Lesson learned, I think I've been putting too much faith in what's printed on the labels & nutrition sheets!!

  • I had that happen to me once, but just my back, not legs. I realized it was how i was standing on it - I was slightly hunched forward. I adjusted my feet further back & made sure i was standing up straight. I haven't had an issue with my back since. Try to google the correct way to stand on an elliptical?
