It sounds like your doing really well :) I sit as at a desk all day, working in a hospital. There is no space for exercise or even a gym :( I wish there was. I just have to wait to get off work before I can work out. Keep up the hard work. :)

It sounds like your going through a rough time at the moment. Swollen tonsills sound like an infection - do you have white spots on them also? This would be an indication of tonsilitis. Go to your doctor.
