No. There are separate diary settings where you can set the diary to public, friends only, private or locked with a key. You'll find these under the 'food' tab and then settings. Hope this helps.

Since starting on the 13 August my alcohol free days have been as follows: 13 Aug 15 Aug 17 Aug 19 Aug 21 Aug So I've managed to do every other day. Today WILL be a alcohol free day too!

I'd love to join this group. I need to cut down on drinking vodka and like someone else mentioned drinking 1000 calories of that is doing me no favors when it comes to weight loss.

@CurleyCockney 111 is for out of hours - e.g when GP surgeries are closed during weekends, evenings and public holidays. 999 is like your 911 for life threatening emergencies only.

Thank you so much for your replies. I really hope my doctor starts me on this medication so I can at least give it a try!! I have already started making low carb choices in my diet, although I am not following any specific plan. @aSearch4Me Congratualtions and best wishes on your baby girl <3

I drink vodka and diet coke. It averages out about 60-70 calories per drink. I log alcohol as I would food. It doesn't stop me losing weight.

Although it's true, it's far easier for people to just say "people at the gym aren't looking at you", "people don't care" etc. It's a confidence issue that you need to get over. If I were you I would start doing some home work outs when you have the house to yourself. Or let your family no you are going to do some exercise…
