Tips for weightloss when depressed?

I have a horrible relationship with food and I'm stuck in a cycle of bingeing, looking at my body, hating my self and getting depressed, then bingeing my sadness away and then I'm just back at square one. My depression currently is based on my weight and appearance but it makes me so low I can't do anything to change. But now I'm really trying to take a stand. I'm at my heaviest and it will be my birthday so soon I want to really prove to myself that I can finally get my weight in track. Does anyone have any tips for trying to loose weight when very depressed?
